Shipping & Delivery
We will make every effort possible to dispatch your order before the end of the next working day after payment has been received, and your delivery address has been confirmed.
The delivery method will depend on the bulkiness and cubic weight of the packaged product. For small items, we will use Australia Post or GoLogistics for local Sydney deliveries. Larger items may be delivered either direct from the supplier (to save resources) or by a freight company of our choosing.
Returns & Replacements
Sweepex will accept for return or replacement items that are unused and still in original packaging providing that we receive notification of your intent within three days after delivery of goods. 
If the goods are faulty, they will be replaced or repaired at our discretion in accordance with Australian Consumer Legislation.
Unless it is impractical to do so (stationary pressure cleaners, large sweepers and scrubbers, etc), the costs of returning the goods to SWEEPEX AUSTRALIA or our nominated service partner is the responsibility of the customer.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept all credit cards apart from American Express and Diner's Club.
Payment can also be made by PayPal or Direct Debit.
All credit card information is passed directly to the National Australia Bank via a secure payment gateway.
We do not record or hold your credit card information apart from the last 4 digits for identification purposes.
If you choose to purchase using PayPal, your transaction will be handled directly by PayPal via their secure gateway.
All information exchanged between your computer and is encrypted for your security.
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars and include GST. We do not supply goods outside of Australia
